I first learned how to ride a quad when I was 15 years old. I started out traveling around the country and riding the different terrains and really getting to know how to work the quad. I was 16 when I went on a motocross track for the first time. I thought it was a lot of fun and I have been advancing my riding skills ever since that day. My first race was in August of last year and I finished 6th overall in the B Class at a SEQuad race at Noah’s Motopark. I made sure that I got enough practice and had plenty of experience with riding with other riders so that I could start out in B Class. That was a major goal for me. I have been hooked on racing ever since then.
Before all this when I was just about to turn 15 I lost my mom and then my sister eight months later. It was a hard time for me and it made me open my eves and realize how short life is. I started weight lifting for about a year after all that to help me get through it. Then a few months after I turned 15 my neighbor had a quad and he taught me how to ride and I knew that this would be a fun thing that I would like to do. So now my dad and I created this race team called Circuit for Christ (CFC Racing) to show that if you believe in God he can carry you through all things.
I plan to do good in the SSQSA Series in the Winter and at the Nationals next year in the B Class to hopefully go up to A Class by this time next year or even sooner. I will do this by training physically, mentally, and by getting as much seat time as possible. I plan to one day become a known Pro racer and show everyone that with God you can get through anything life throws at you.
